Whole Wheat Bread

Whole Wheat Bread
5 cups warm water
1 ½ tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons dough enhancer
½ cup oil
½ cup honey
6-7 cups flour

Mix, and then add 3-tablespoon instant yeast. Add flour a cup at a time until the sides come clean (about 5 cups). Mix for 10 minutes. Spread oil on the counter. Dump dough on counter. Cut into 4-5 pieces (depending on your pan sizes). Form into loaves. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and rub with butter or shortening.
