Hamburger-Vegetable Pattie Dinner
1-pound hamburger
1 medium potato, grated
1-2 carrots, grated
1 medium onion, diced
Combine meat and vegetables together. Season with seasoning salt and pepper. Form into patties and cook on both sides till nicely browned.
Combine 1 can cream of mushroom soup and ½ can milk. Cook till soup mixture is bubbly. Serve with a green salad for a complete meal.
