Italian Pizza

Italian Pizza
On baked pizza crust;
Spread olive oil on the curst then layer:
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1-cup fresh basil
2 big tomatoes diced
1-2 cloves of sliced or minced garlic
1 pound of mozzarella cheese (sliced, not grated)

Sprinkle olive oil on top of the toppings. Bake at 450 degrees until cheese is golden.
