Pizza Crust

Pizza Crust
This makes two LARGE cookie sheets.
4 ½ tsp. yeast
2-¼ cup very warm water
2 tsp. sugar
¼ cup olive oil
5 cups flour
1 Tbsp. salt

Mix yeast, water and sugar together. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Mix all ingredients and need for 10 minutes. Oil the bottom on a large mixing bowl. Cover with a clean towel and let rise or 1-½ hours. Cut dough into half. With them in two separate bowls, let rise for another 10 minutes. Roll them out on two grease cookies sheets. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Add toppings of your choice and bake until heated. (Try the Italian Pizza topping!)
